Not registered, no pedigree certificate. Felly Atlas is not registered with the East Africa Kennel Club or any other registry and is not sold with a pedigree certificate. The parents were imported but arrived without pedigree certificates of their own. We hold the import health certificate, microchip record and vaccination book, and will show you all of it.
Felly Atlas is our solid-black German Shepherd dam, imported as a puppy and raised here through her obedience work. She is handler-focused, level under pressure and outstanding with children. She is not for sale — her puppies are, and they run $450–$550.
